FACETA is a contemporary Mediterranean architecture project applied to luxury terraced houses, where the design is defined by views and its relationship with the site. Through a system of angles, spaces are created to optimize natural light, privacy, and views across all levels.
This logic is precisely developed on each floor, adapting to the different uses and programmatic requirements. The variation of angles creates a sequence of terraces, setbacks, and façade planes that bring depth, spatial quality, and a continuous connection with the exterior.
The result transforms a standard terraced housing typology into a singular architectural piece, where Mediterranean architecture is not a style, but a way of living: open, luminous, and deeply connected to the landscape.
