The project begins with a clear challenge: a steep terrain slope and a large-volume building. Given this scenario, the objective is clear: to turn every available corner into an opportunity, into a vibrant, useful space full of character.
The architecture is articulated through a ceramic piece of 20×20 cm that is repeated in all the openings of the building. This seemingly simple element becomes the main protagonist. In one of the courtyards, this piece acts as a lattice, filtering the light, creating changing shadows, and protecting the secondary courtyard from the intense sun.
The result is a sensory experience where each space speaks, each shadow moves, and the skin of the building transcends boundaries: it penetrates into the interior at certain points, creating a material and visual continuity between the inside and the outside.
