The house originates from a rectangle divided into six squares, arranged on a steeply sloped site. The concept focuses on establishing a close dialogue with the landscape—maximizing the usable terrain despite the slope, while ensuring natural light and cross ventilation in every space.
From this foundation, the volumes begin to transform: one is removed on the lower part of the plot, creating a rooftop directly connected to the back garden — perfect for enjoying starry nights. Two squares merge into a single double-height volume, acting as the vertical and horizontal core of the house, expressed on the façade with a setback and a large window. Finally, one of the volumes recedes to form a porch facing the pool, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade during the warmest months.
Each movement is deliberate — designed to generate outdoor spaces, whether open, shaded, or double-height, that enhance the dwelling’s connection with its surroundings.
