At the spectacular location of the La Roca del Vallès golf course, we face the challenge of designing 8 homes, which the regulations require to be paired in twos, spread across 4 plots. The main concept is to break away from the conventional idea of identical semi-detached houses and add value to the project by creating detached single-family homes within a paired typology.
The challenge is amplified by the fact that each pair of homes must have the same features to ensure an equal price and balanced sale.
The result is a unique product, with higher added value, as your home is not influenced by the price of your neighbors.
