The concept of the house is based on achieving a construction that, at the client’s request, was not a simple box, while also being cost-effective, considering that more than half of the land had a slope of over 100%.
Given the low budget and acknowledging that the environment around the house could not be adjusted in the first phase, the decision was made to divide the house into two floors and rotate them around an axis, so that each floor would rest directly on the natural terrain, thus creating a terrace/outdoor space on the upper floor.
To accentuate this concept, the volumes are slightly deformed, rounding out at the axis of rotation and vertical communication, thus breaking the rigidity of the box concept without adding new volumes.
