This project is based on the play of volumes as the main design strategy. By offsetting the upper floor from the ground floor, a series of privileged exterior spaces are created: sunlit terraces on the upper level and shaded porches on the lower level, which become natural extensions of the home.
To enhance this sense of movement and lightness, a differentiated treatment of materials is proposed: the ground floor, more robust and grounded to the terrain, is clad in natural stone, while the upper floor, lighter and more floating, is finished with painted surfaces.
The result is a villa that combines solidity and dynamism, offering an architectural experience rich in both its relationship with the landscape and the daily use of its spaces.
