This project began with a commission from a developer who wanted to build five identical homes for commercial purposes. However, the concept is based on the studio’s desire to improve the spaces and avoid destroying the site with a mechanical repetition of the same model.
Through rhythm, the arrangement of the volumes, and their relationship with the surroundings, the five houses, despite their formal similarity, are perceived as unique pieces. The façade is broken up, avoiding continuity, and each home creates unique corners that enhance the whole and give the project character.
